Wolters Kluwer, Health announced today that its Lippincott® journal portfolio has won four journalism and three design awards in the 2019 Folio: Eddie & Ozzie Awards. The annual awards program recognizes excellence in journalism and design across all sectors of the publishing industry.
Taking home Eddies for content were:
- Brain & Life, published on behalf of the American Academy of Neurology: Single Article, “The Long Reach of Grief” (Association Non-Profit)
- The Nurse Practitioner: Single Article, “Mind & body practices in the treatment of adolescent anxiety” (B2B Healthcare)
- Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, published on behalf of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons: Full Issue, January 2019 (Volume 143, Number 1) (Association Non-Profit Medical Journal)
- Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, published on behalf of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons: Podcast, PRS Journal Club (Association/Non-Profit)
Continuum: Lifelong Learning in Neurology, published on behalf of the American Academy of Neurology, took home three Ozzies for Overall Design Excellence in the Association/Nonprofit/Medical Journal category, Cover Design in the Association /Nonprofit/Medical Journal category, and Redesign in the Association/Nonprofit category.
