Nursing students learn, study, and practice diligently to prepare themselves for real-world clinical settings. Students feel very prepared for their new role with what they've learned in nursing school, but even the best simulations can’t fully prepare you for working with real patients every single day. As a fresh graduating class of eager nurses prepare for their first year of practice, it’s no surprise that 97.1% are excited to go into their professional careers. But, that’s not without nerves! While 80% feel prepared to transition into their careers, nearly 65% admitted they’re nervous about doing so.
