Jeff Iredell

Jeff Iredell is a Director for CT Corporation. Jeff is responsible for managing CT Corporation’s Sales and Telesales teams in assisting clients by tailoring the appropriate products and services to fit their specific compliance requirements. Prior to becoming a Director, Jeff led CT Corporation’s Business Consulting Team and was instrumental in the development of systems and processes to streamline subsidiary management and compliance. Jeff received his bachelor’s degree from Villanova University in Villanova, Pennsylvania, and is a previous member of the Board of Directors of the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals.
