With more than 20 years of experience, Sharon has a unique perspective on the common compliance issues companies face. Whether needs are based around Entity Management, Business Licensing, Annual Reports, or day-to-day activities, Sharon understands what the right solution is.
In addition to a BS from Illinois State University, Sharon holds a Paralegal Certificate from Roosevelt University and an MA from Lewis University in Organizational Leadership. She is also a member of the Society for Corporate Governance.
