Metadata Info

We can provide you with a Metadata (ONIX) feed for our book titles. Please email us at international-sales@wolterskluwer.com and provide us with your name, email address, and telephone number.

You will then be contacted by us in order to set up the automated feed.

Terms and Conditions for Resellers

The following standard discounts are applicable:

Books: 20%
Journal subscriptions print and online: 5%
Loose Leaf supplements: 10%
Extended reductions available based on level of stock, bulk orders and/ or promotional activity. Contact international-sales@wolterskluwer.com to discuss opportunities.

Book Series: We have several book series to which your customer can subscribe. The minimum subscription period is 12 months. All titles published in the series will automatically be sent to you with an invoice. Your customer will receive 20% discount on list price of the titles published in the series and you will receive your discount on this the reduced list price.

Postage and Handling: Postage and handling is based on the weight of the order.

Returns/cancellations

Book Cancellation Policy

Books returned within 30 days along with the invoice marked “cancel” will receive full credit when received in mint/resalable condition (Valid on order quantities less than 50 copies) Stickered books and damaged books are not considered saleable. Authorization to return is not required if returned within 3 months.
Shortages and damaged goods should be reported within ten (10) days upon receipt. For claims against titles which have already been invoiced, please always mention:
  • Invoice number and date
  • Customer number
Supplements cannot be returned for credit unless authorized by us. In this event please contact international-customerservice@wolterskluwer.com


Subscription Cancellation

All new 12-month subscriptions may be declined within the first 14 days for full credit. After the 14 day period, we can stop deliveries/access but no credit/refund will be provided.

Bill to outside United Kingdom: EURO – €
Bill to: United Kingdom: British Pounds – £
Bill to: The Americas: US Dollars – $

For subscriptions the currency is based on the end-user:

End user based outside United Kingdom: EURO – €
End user based in United Kingdom: British Pounds – £
End user based in The Americas including Canada: US Dollars – $

Payment methods

For security purposes we cannot accept any credit card details via email.
On our invoices, you will find the link for secure online payment for credit card payments as well as our bank details. We accept VISA, American Express, Euro card/MasterCard.
