The Kaohsiung Journal of Medical Sciences

The official peer-reviewed, open-access publication of Kaohsiung Medical University, Taiwan publishes original research and review papers in all fields of medicine and related disciplines that are of topical interest to the medical profession.

The journal also includes perspectives, reviews, original articles, short communications, correspondence, and letters to the editor.

Apart from being the first private medical university in, Kaohsiung Medical University (KMU) has also become an important cradle for highly-skilled physicians and medical-related specialists. The KMU put its full attention to the steadily evolving areas of basic medical science and clinical medical research.
