easyQuorum offers a space for shareholders, where they can consult legal documents and cast votes. This space is particularly useful in the context of a written consultation.

Vote from the shareholder space

Associates can vote directly from the shareholder space.
They're able to access a page where they can select their choice for each resolution.

Electronic signature for written consultation voting

When it comes to the vote, associates select their choice for each resolution. They receive a voting document that can be signed electronically via a code received by SMS.

Monitor written consultations and receive automatic reminders

The organiser of the written consultation can monitor participation. Email or SMS reminders can be sent to all shareholders who have not cast their vote.
