Generating a pass to be sent with the meeting invitation
All participants will receive the easyQuorum pass containing the QR code needed to access the session, plus location information and easyQuorum login details.
QR code scan by the organiser
The organizer can scan the QR code either via a webcam or with a professional barcode scanner.

- the participant will sign in on a tablet
