Grazia has 20 years of experience in Performance Management solutions, with a focus on banking and insurance markets. Grazia is now leading global regulatory solutions such us ESG, IFRS17, IFRS9, Solvency, iXBRL, etc. She guides the development of new pre-configured solutions and supports the go to market and the go-live of these solution. Grazia plays her role leveraging her past experience into leading large projects in consolidation, disclosure and regulatory reporting (e.g. in Unicredit, Erste, Rabobank, Generali, …).
