Join Wolters Kluwer to learn more about a recently developed Data Collection Procedures Guide to help covered institutions comply with the Small Business Data Collection Rule as mandated by Section 1071 of the Dodd Frank Act.  The Guide is designed to be a reference tool to help filers understand and report the 81 fields as required by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and to serve as a regulatory checklist of considerations every filer must consider prior to the new compliance dates.

Experts will provide attendees with recommendations for developing and updating policies and procedures to ensure compliance and obtain operational effectiveness.  Now that the CFPB has put forward new mandatory compliance dates beginning in 2025 and an Interim Final Rule, covered institutions will want to be part of this webinar to level set where they are in their planning and execution of complying with this complicated rule.  Confirmed attendees will receive a Section 1071 Readiness Scorecard (electronically) as a bonus of participating.

Speakers:

  • Jason Keller, Director, Market Strategy, Wolters Kluwer
  • Shanon Conroy, Specialized Consulting Manager, Wolters Kluwer
  • Mark Miller, Director, Specialized Consulting, Wolters Kluwer
