During her fifteen years with Wolters Kluwer Tax and Accounting professional services a deep understanding of service delivery has been built from years of consultancy and has driven her passion for excellence in customer service.
Carole is a people leader of teams across three specialisms, a team of non-compliance product consultants, data, and technical subject matter experts. Fostering innovation and service evolution are embedded in her focus to deliver excellent Customer Experience (CX).
She holds a BSc Hons in Business Information Systems with an appreciation of social-technical systems and a deep understanding of the importance of information technology and computing in society. Carole together with colleague Elaine Roche piloted the CX Certification which is now being rolled out within Professional Services and Customer Support.
