Gori von Hirschhausen is a Senior Partner at one of the big 4 firms and is responsible for the German consulting practice for the Industry, Services and Middle Market business. He also leads the Finance Consulting Practice Group in Europe and is a member of the global Finance Transformation Leadership Team.  He has more than 20 years of consulting experience. His clients include global and DAX 30 companies as well as mid-sized and family-owned businesses across a variety of industries. His projects range from strategic alignment to classic specialist topics in the area of corporate management (optimization of reporting, planning, etc.) to process and organizational design of the finance department (integration of accounting and controlling, development of shared services, etc.).
