The American Business Awards are the nation's premier business awards program. More than 3,600 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories.

- Passport® Insurance Claims Defense won a Gold award in the Insurance Solutions category. Judges commented that the solution helps claims department attorneys improve performance by pairing data transparency with user-centric functionality.
- The company won a Silver award in the Legal Company of the Year category with judges noting the innovative technology and end-to-end customer experiences that drive world-class business outcomes.
- Vincent Venturella, Product Director, won a Bronze Award for innovation in the Product Developer of the Year category. Vince led the development of Predictive Insights, a module that uses artificial intelligence and analytics from our proprietary LegalVIEW database to provide information to corporate legal and claims departments for selecting the right law firm to handle each litigated matter.
- ELM19, the premier user conference, won a Bronze award in the Brand and Experiences category. Judges remarked that the event was a creative way to provide information about upcoming product releases while giving attendees a way of giving feedback, addressing support, and network with others to learn best practices
