Wolters Kluwer announces today that it has sold its 40% interest in MANZ’sche Verlags- und Universitätsbuchhandlung GmbH for €17 million in cash.
The transaction will have an immaterial impact on adjusted earnings and will result in a net capital gain of approximately €7 million to be included in reported earnings.
