Lippincott TelemedInsights, developed in collaboration with George Washington University, helps healthcare providers optimize telehealth delivery
The rapid rise of telehealth services during the COVID-19 pandemic propelled virtual care delivery into the mainstream as an accepted care modality among clinicians and patients. In response to this shift, Wolters Kluwer, Health announced today the release of Lippincott® TelemedInsights, an authoritative resource to support healthcare providers in successfully transitioning patient consultations to a sustainable and compliant virtual approach.
“We have heard from healthcare providers that they are committed to incorporating telehealth as a core part of their operations moving forward, but there is a need for new advisory tools to ensure a successful transition. - Clinical Training, developed in collaboration with clinicians from George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences, and School of Nursing, provides self-paced videos and articles that help clinicians optimize patient outcomes in a virtual setting across a range of conditions
- Regulatory Guidance, developed in collaboration with MediRegs from Wolters Kluwer, provides continually updated information on how to comply with the ever-changing regulatory guidelines set by Medicare and Medicaid for telehealth
- Technology Strategy advises on a range of pressing technology matters including cybersecurity and patient privacy
