Manufacturers’ Data Exchange

The Manufacturers' Data Exchange provides instructions for the submission of pharmaceutical product information for inclusion in Wolters Kluwer clinical drug information content, including Medi-Span, Facts and Comparisons, and Lexicomp applications. Before pharmaceutical products can be added to our databases and publications, we must obtain correct and up-to-date product information from manufacturer sources.

Price or product update submission instructions

Please download and complete the Submission Template Form (.xls) to include all products that have updated pricing or product information. Once completed, please submit that form and supporting documentation of product changes to the Manufacturers' Exchange email address: [email protected].

New product submission instructions

Please download and complete the New Product Submission Form for each new product. Once completed, please submit the New Product Submission Form (.doc) and attachments to the Manufacturers' Exchange email address: [email protected].
