He consults with CT’s global law firm and corporate customers on matters related to global corporate entity formation and dissolution, compliance, global due-diligence work and more. Devlin tracks trends and changes in global jurisdictional corporate law , and regularly presents on these topics at national law firms and professional associations.
Devlin earned his J.D. cum laude from the Duquesne University School of Law and his M.B.A. from the Duquesne University Donahue Graduate School of Business. Devlin is a member of the State Bar of Pennsylvania.
