Krystyna Sieniawska

Solicitor; in the years 1989–1993, councillor of the City of Cracow, as well as delegate to the Cracow Voivodeship Local Self-Government Council; as of 1990, the President of the Local Self-Government Appeal Board in Cracow and the Chairperson of the National Representation of Local Self-Government Appeal Boards; as of 1996, editor-in-chief of the National Representation of Local Self-Government Appeal Boards’ quarterly "Casus". She conducted academic courses in administration at the Faculty of Humanities of the Pedagogical University of KEN in Cracow. Author of numerous publications and articles on local self-government appeal boards and administrative law, she published two collective works: Samorządowe Kolegia Odwoławcze jako gwarant prawa do dobrej administracji. Materiały konferencyjne (Niepołomice, January 14-17th, 2009), Warszawa 2009 & Samorządowe Kolegia Odwoławcze – przeszłość i przyszłość, Kraków 2011.
