For 10 years, while I was an employee, I used Lexelwin. I no longer have to worry about how I am going to charge the client for my services. An hourly rate is fixed by mutual agreement at the opening of the file and the services are encoded as the day progresses. At closing, the details of my services are sent to the client. The accuracy of the software leaves me with very few disputes about fees and unpaid bills.
Create your own knowledge base
All the judgments I receive are scanned and entered into the software. This allows me to create my own data bank of case law. I can open as many files as I wish. To prepare for my future move and the creation of my office, for example, I opened a file that allowed me to gather all the useful information for that project. I would recommend this tool to other people. Kleos is easy, user-friendly (I have two licences and can quickly track and correct my colleague’s work, thanks to the “to be processed” function) and is available at an affordable price. I save time not only on invoicing, but also on preparing correspondence and procedural documents. What a pleasure it is not to have to retype the addresses of my correspondents every time I send an application, summons or submission.

The cloud is also a great advantage. Being a mother, my workdays finish early. With Kleos, I am able to work at home seamlessly. A computer together with a good Internet connection and hey presto.
