AstuteMed had been using Xero Practice Manager but was facing significant challenges with workflow management that was impacting their ability to effectively oversee the workflow and monitor jobs lists of their team.
The firm was also keen to implement an integrated Client Portal tool, which enabled digital signing of documents, to reduce risk of lodgement delays. This ultimately led the firm to adopt CCH iFirm integrated Practice Manager, Client Portal and E-Signature tools to better manage their job workflows.
