Nanne M. Finis, RN, MS, is the Chief Nurse Executive for UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), a global provider of HCM, payroll, HR service delivery, and workforce management solutions. At UKG, Finis applies her strong foundational knowledge of the global healthcare system to advance the application of innovative technology to create more meaningful and connected work experiences for all healthcare employees. A forty-year industry executive consistently focused on nursing and patient care delivery, Finis is passionate about building and leading a culture of innovation and collaboration across clinical, operational, and administrative environments, and has committed her career to driving improvements in the healthcare system. Nanne earned her master's degree in nursing from the University of Illinois at Chicago and her bachelor's degree in nursing from Saint Mary’s College in South Bend, Indiana. She also spent five years in Tokyo, Japan, attending the International School of the Sacred Heart (ISSH). Currently, she serves on the American Organization for Nursing Leadership™ (AONL) Foundation Corporate Advisory Council and the Nursing Administration Scope and Standards Revision Workgroup sponsored by the American Nurses Association (ANA) and AONL.

Chief Nurse, Wolters Kluwer, Health Learning, Research and Practice
Anne Dabrow Woods, DNP, RN, CRNP, ANP-BC, AGACNP-BC, FAAN, is the Chief Nurse of Health, Learning, Research and Practice at Wolters Kluwer, a global healthcare information company where she is responsible for leading the nursing strategy. A nurse for over 39 years and an NP since 1998, she practices as an acute care/critical care nurse practitioner for Penn Medicine. She is also adjunct faculty in the graduate nursing programs at Drexel and Neumann Universities and precepts NP and DNP students. Anne received her BSN from West Chester University, an MSN from LaSalle University, a post-master’s certificate from Drexel University and a DNP from Texas Christian University. She was awarded the Excellence in Nursing Leadership Award, from Sigma Theta Tau International Kappa Delta Chapter in 2018 and was inducted as a Fellow into the American Academy of Nursing in 2016. She is a representative of the HIMSS CNO/CNIO Industry Partner Work Group and the Alliance for Nursing Informatics.

JoEllen Frain is Human Resources Chair for Mayo Clinic in Rochester and Mayo Clinic Health System. She is also accountable for leading Compensation, Benefits, Well-Being, Talent Acquisition and Payroll for Mayo Clinic. Frain has established herself as a valued and trusted strategic partner with senior leaders, colleagues, and business clients. She joined Mayo Clinic in 1999 and has served in various capacities within Human Resources including recruitment, and as a Senior Human Resource Service Partner for several areas across Mayo, including Nursing, Research, Mayo Medical Transport, and Mayo Clinic Care Network. She has been involved with several large and complex projects across various Mayo Clinic sites, including the implementation of a shared Applicant Tracking System for the Mayo Clinic Health System and was a key partner in the human resource system implementation for the organization. Frain also led the Employee Development team under the Office of Leadership and Organization Development before transitioning to serve as the Sr. Manager of the Information Security Behavior Management program for Mayo Clinic in the Office of Information Security. She was responsible for overall design, development, and management of Mayo’s Information Security Behavior Management program and staff, which includes thought leadership and innovative approaches towards integrating security awareness, organizational and personal change management, education, training, and employee/organizational behavior change related to use of electronic resources in personal, professional, and organizational uses.
