The editorial team of Visser's Annotated European Patent Convention and Wolters Kluwer hosted an interactive online session in advance of the upcoming Foundation Paper (Paper F) of the European Qualifying Exam (EQE) in March. The team reviewed some of the legal questions of the mock Paper F, and some fresh questions based on the former Pre-Exam, giving you an idea of how they would solve them. The questions were analysed, keywords were considered, and the team explained how to find the relevant legal information using Visser’s Annotated EPC during the exam.
