Art Tyszka is vice president at Wolters Kluwer and leads Partnerships and New Product Innovation for the Compliance Solutions business within the company’s Financial & Corporate Compliance division. In this role, he is responsible for helping the nation’s leading banks deliver exceptional service to their customers while managing risk and complying with the latest regulatory requirements. His experience with digital lending and eClose has enabled customers to expand their end-to-end lending and financing capabilities. Tyszka’s team helps U.S. banks provide the financial products their consumers need in order to pursue their goals, from small business ownership to homeownership.
Prior to joining Wolters Kluwer, Tyszka worked at VMP Mortgage Forms, later acquired by Wolters Kluwer. He has more than 25 years of experience in financial services, helping banks implement compliance and risk management technology systems in mortgage lending, secure document delivery, loss mitigation and document generation systems.
