Dean Sonderegger is the Senior Vice President & General Manager of Wolters Kluwer Finance, Risk and Regulatory Reporting business, a leading provider in the governance, finance, risk and compliance technology space.
In his role, Sonderegger is responsible for all aspects of the business, including driving sustainable growth and accelerating the vision and strategy, with a particular focus on the rapid development of advanced digital products and services to enhance customers’ efficiencies and workflow.
Previously, he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Canada and Research & Learning businesses in the Wolters Kluwer Tax and Accounting division. He directed the Canada business, a leading provider of compliance and planning solutions for tax and audit professionals in the Canadian market. He also led the Research & Learning business, which provides information and expert solutions for tax and audit professionals across North America.
Previously, Sonderegger served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Legal Markets Group and Innovation for Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory US.
He has over 25 years of experience in the tax and legal software and services industries. He received his MBA from George Washington University and holds a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University.
