Nancy McKinstry was named Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chair of the Executive Board of Wolters Kluwer effective September 1, 2003. During her tenure in the role, Ms. McKinstry was appointed to a number of boards, including Abbott, Accenture and Russell Reynolds Associates. Ms. McKinstry is also a member of the Board of Overseers of Columbia Business School, her alma mater. Ms. McKinstry has led the digital transformation of Wolters Kluwer into a global expert solutions company.
