Christophe Ides is EVP Finance and CFO of Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting, a leading global provider of information, software, and integrated workflow solutions for tax, accounting, and audit professionals. In this role, Ides is responsible for the financial strategy and direction of the division.
Ides joined Wolters Kluwer in 2006 and has held various leadership roles. Before his current role, Ides served as Chief Financial Officer of Tax & Accounting, North America. During that time, he played a significant role in structuring the North American portfolio. Prior to this role, he served as Vice President, Corporate FP&A and Consolidation, as CFO for both TAA & L&R Scandinavia, and in various senior finance positions in Europe.
Before joining Wolters Kluwer in 2006, Ides worked for several years at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has extensive experience in the professional information and software industry and a strong track record of working across multiple company segments and driving portfolio change through creating financial insight. Ides has a master’s degree in Economics from the University of Antwerp, Belgium, where he graduated magna cum laude in 2000. He is qualified as a Certified Public Accountant.
