Over the last 19 months many aspects of our lives have changed as we have navigated through the pandemic. Several of these changes are expected to have permanent effects on how we live. This is true of our Internal Audit work as we are now regularly working from home, routinely engaging with all levels of stakeholders through Zoom, MS Teams and other platforms, conducting shorter, more agile audits and reporting the results in different ways, and looking to accelerate the use of data analytics technologies in our work.
