Within healthcare facilities and academic institutions, quality improvement teams need a solution for change management. Whether you’re a learner, clinician, or quality improvement specialist, the largest challenge among teams remains driving organizational change with improvement initiatives.

Students from Uniformed Services University (USU) Daniel K. Inouye Graduate School of Nursing partnered with JBI on their quality improvement projects utilizing their software supported by Audit and Feedback methodology. Audit and Feedback is a recognized, effective strategy for improving the safety and quality of care.

During the live webinar, learners from USU will showcase how they are innovating clinical practice with Audit and Feedback, managing outcome data within a clinical setting. Finally, they will share how they translated evidence into practice using JBI’s Getting Research into Practice (GRiP) methodology within the JBI PACES software.
