Dr. Gabriele Rautenstrauch

Dr. Gabriele Rautenstrauch is a partner at WTS and advises German multinationals as well as US inbound groups and conducts projects on permanent establishment issues, in the area of withholding tax, EU tax law as well as on international restructurings of global groups. She is also responsible for numerous projects in the area of global minimum taxation (Pillar Two) and DAC 6 at WTS. Previously, she worked for more than 15 years at KPMG. During this time, there was a two-year secondment to DG TAXUD, the European Commission, Brussels.
