1. Users that currently have a BowTieXP Advanced license or a BowTieXP Standard license with one or more add-ons are now offered a user license BowTieXP Complete, only against payment of the Support & Maintenance fee on a BowTieXP Complete license.
A BowTieXP Complete license contains the following features/functionalities:

BowTieXP Advanced
- Audits (formerly known as AuditXP)
- LOPA
- Spreadsheets (formerly known as BowTieXL add-on)
- Enterprise Explorer (formerly known as BowTieServer access license which builds the bridge between BowTieXP and the BowTieXP Enterprise)
This means that all the above-mentioned add-ons with a total current value of €7995,-, which had to purchase separately before, will immediately be available for you after renewing your Support & Maintenance contract against 23% of the license fee on BowTieXP Complete (i.e. 23% = €908,50). From then on, the Support & Maintenance will be based on the then-current list price for the BowTieXP Complete license.
2. Users that currently have an IncidentXP license with more than one add-on, are now offered a user license IncidentXP Complete, only against payment of the Support & Maintenance fee on an IncidentXP Complete license.
An IncidentXP Complete license contains the following features/functionalities:
- IncidentXP with timeline
- Advanced add-on
- BFA add-on
- RCA add-on
- Tripod add-on
- BSCAT add-on
- TOPSET add-on
- Enterprise Explorer (formerly known as BowTieServer access license)
This means that all the above-mentioned add-ons with a total value of €4300,-, which you had to purchase separately before, will immediately be available for you after renewing your Support & Maintenance contract against 23% of the license fee on IncidentXP Complete (i.e. 23% = €736,-). From then on, the Support & Maintenance will be based on the then-current list price for the IncidentXP Complete license.
