As a Clinical Applications Analyst, Dale supports the company’s Health Language division of Wolters Kluwer with customer training and support, and content education and mapping.
She has experience in healthcare, specializing in provider coding and billing and has over 10 years’ experience in coder training, mentoring and education.
She is responsible for helping clients map their data to standardized terminologies, create and maintain solid data governance practices, and provides consulting services for our content. She participates in implementations and is a subject matter expert in our software applications.
One of her greatest professional rewards is training colleagues to have helpful interactions with customers so they can use the solutions to aid their business.
In her spare time, Dale enjoys hiking, cooking, and listening to music.
Dale is certified by the AAPC as a CPC, CPC-I, CEMC and through AHIMA as an Approved ICD-10 trainer.
