As part of the hCue Training Team, Yvonne is responsible for all hCue training with new and existing hCue users. She helps facilitate monthly complimentary hCue training sessions and creates and conduct various hCue webinars for customers. Yvonne trains and guides customers in hCue to promote customer success.
Yvonne has years of experience in training, customer service, and technical expertise. She helps uncover the underlying challenges faced by our customers and identifies the remedies to ease feature use and adoption of hCue.
Her main benchmarks for her role are customer success and happiness. She tracks customer accomplishments and is always there for customers when they need additional insight into the platform.
