Jan Schreur is the vice president of Human Resources for Wolters Kluwer Financial & Corporate Compliance (FCC). FCC provides lending, regulatory and investment compliance solutions to financial institutions and legal entity compliance solutions to corporations, small businesses, and law firms.
Jan leads the development and execution of a human capital strategy in support of the FCC business strategy and plans. His team manages actionable performance and talent management programs, succession planning, organizational design and effectiveness and change management initiatives as well as employee engagement action planning.
Jan has a record of successful performance in global Human Resource (HR) roles including positions with HR responsibility for businesses in the Netherlands, Europe, Latin America, Asia Pacific and the United States. He has successfully transformed HR organizations that deliver on company values, led effective organizational change and design programs, initiated and managed talent management and succession planning programs, defined compensation structures and managed people and organizational elements of M&A initiatives.
Prior to joining Wolters Kluwer, Jan held HR positions with INC Research, Pfizer and Zoetis, a spin-off from Pfizer, and was the global vice president of HR for one of Wyeth’s divisions.
Jan received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen in the Netherlands. He also earned a Post HBO in Human Resource Management from Hogeschool Katholieke Leergangen Tilburg in the Netherlands.
