Digital transformation in action: One Wolters Kluwer, one global website

A year after the first release, Wolters Kluwer finished the last phase of its renewed website www.wolterskluwer.com. The incorporation of CCH Tagetik, Enablon, Kluwer Law International Authors, and CCH Site Builder completes the OneWeb program that consolidated 280 websites into one global website, bringing together dynamic thought leadership and a product portfolio of 900 solutions in 25 languages across 30 countries, offering web visitors a unified digital experience.

This is the first time in its nearly 185-year tenure that Wolters Kluwer has been visible in this manner – a real gamechanger. “When analyzing the nearly 300-strong universe of Wolters Kluwer sites, it immediately became clear that there was an enormous opportunity to build a more complete customer experience. The transformed website is part of the company’s 2019-2021 business strategy Accelerating Our Value in which the launch of a customer-focused, new digital property for Wolters Kluwer and its associated businesses plays a key role. To serve customers’ and web visitors’ need for deep domain expertise, the renewed site is centered around Wolters Kluwer’s five main expertise areas: health, tax and accounting, finance, compliance, and legal.
