Cathy Wolfe is EVP and General Manager of CT, a business unit of Wolters Kluwer Financial & Corporate Compliance.
Cathy leads a portfolio of market-leading businesses that includes CT Corporation, BizFilings and VCorp. CT and its portfolio companies are leading U.S. providers of corporate services and entity management solutions. Its technology-enabled expert services support the entirety of the business lifecycle while providing transactional support for the M&A deal workflow. CT’s customers include 70% of the Fortune 500, more than 15,000 law firms including 95% of the AmLaw 100 and well over 300,000 companies and businesses of all sizes.
A veteran of Wolters Kluwer since 1993, Cathy has held key leadership positions in the U.S. and the U.K., with a track record of delivering strong results and innovation, working across multiple segments of the company’s global portfolio including Health (learning, research & practice, clinical software); Tax (practice management, audit solutions); and Legal and Finance (practice management, commercial credit information). Cathy has led numerous large and complex initiatives focused on digital transformation, sales and marketing strategies and building great teams.
Most recently, Cathy served as President and CEO of the Global Growth Markets (GGM) group, where she was responsible for establishing a long-term presence in fast-growing geographies to accelerate the company’s impact, while serving professionals with expert solutions.
Always customer-focused, Cathy works directly with stakeholders to understand needs and workflows, so her teams can create best-in-class solutions that improve productivity and produce better outcomes. A big believer in the power of collaboration, Cathy’s leadership approach has built strong cross-functional teams to deliver results, while driving customer-centric digital transformation.
Cathy earned her MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a BA degree in English from Cornell University, Ithaca, New York.
