She has been consulting corporations and law firms on corporate legal transactions and business entity compliance since joining CT Corporation in 2003. Donia primarily works with organizations to provide analysis of their existing practices and makes recommendations for improvements.
Through her 25 years of corporate legal experience, Donia has amassed a wealth of knowledge and enjoys consulting companies on how they can improve and streamline their compliance programs. She has also served the Dallas Area Paralegal Association as Professional Development Director and Corporate Section Chair, holds a Paralegal degree in Applied Science from Rose State College and studied Political Science at the University of Texas at Arlington.
